We have programmes that target new or aspiring managers (Level 3), middle managers (Level 5) and senior leaders (Level 7).
Yes! We are a proud Chartered Management Institute (CMI) strategic delivery partner. All our courses are accredited by the CMI.
Our programmes typically last for two years, and you will need to dedicate about six hours per week to focus on improving and developing your leadership and management skills.
At the end of our programmes, following successful assessment and moderation, you will receive a Certificate from the CMI.

Yes! So long as you are UK-based, you can complete an entirely remote course. That is the standard for our open programmes, to maintain flexibility. However, we can also offer in-person sessions to closed cohorts from individual organisations.
Absolutely! So long as you have a sufficient amount of learners, that the cohort can be viable, then we can run a programme exclusively for learners from your organisation. We can also tailor training programs to address the skills shortages in your workplace.
